On the other hand, I find this particular tone and weight to be near perfect. This is pretty close to where I’m currently at right now, so seeing this picture makes me think: That is totally attainable for me! In particular, I love how toned her arms are. The curve separating her shoulder muscles from her biceps/triceps — so hot. I want that. And her obliques are built! It makes me wonder — if I get a tan like this, will my definition show better? Hmm.
After reaching this point, I’d simply maintain my muscle/fat, but I’d still want more definition — so a lot of cutting nasty sh*t out of my diet basically to lose the yuck-layers over the muscles and get even more toned.
This particular image is probably ideal for a lot of people, though (especially those who aren’t as fortunate as me and have to work off a lot of body fat to even reveal muscle — in this case, I’m very lucky and blessed with genetics). But this is still hot!
I’m currently in the “fitness” range of body fat, my trainer tells me, but she wants to get me down to “athletic” range — so I just look completely cut, toned, but not totally ripped like in my previous example.
